  • Solution for problem connecting iPhone or i Touch to Exchange

Apple announced the release of iPhone OS 3.1.3 and iTouch OS 3.1.3 on February 4th. For those that use their iPhone or iTouch to connect to Microsoft Exchange, this is good news.  If the device is still running version 3.0, there may be problems connecting through some access points.  The problem also exists with versions up to 3.1.2.  If users are experiencing this intermittent connectivity, it is recommended that they upgrade to the latest release.  It is also advised that you set your iTunes to automatacaly check for upgrades and keep your device up to date by docking it regularly.
